Cassiopeia Shipmanagement places the highest priority on meeting client expectations and continuously strives to add value to their operations. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life and well-being of seafarers on board through professional, transparent service and meticulous attention to detail.

We recognize that maintaining crew motivation is closely linked to the provision of healthy, nutritious and well-balanced meals. Therefore, we ensure that the quality and variety of provisions supplied on board meet the diverse needs and preferences of all crew members.

Our experienced team collaborates with trusted suppliers in each port to meet the specific provisioning requirements of every vessel. We evaluate multiple quotations on behalf of our clients, coordinate deliveries with local agents and ensure that high-quality provisions are delivered promptly, regardless of location or time zone.

In addition, we focus on delivering cost-effective solutions by optimizing procurement processes. Leveraging our purchasing volumes, we offer high-quality provisions at a fixed rate per person per day. This approach allows for predictable monthly budgeting, providing our clients with financial stability and peace of mind throughout the year.

Crew welfare has become increasingly important in recent years, as attracting and retaining qualified seafarers continues to be a growing challenge. Access to communication tools, such as internet connectivity, enables crew members to stay in touch with family and friends during their free time, which has proven to be a key factor in improving retention and overall job satisfaction.

The provision of crew welfare aims to achieve a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being. This is particularly important in the seafaring profession, where the vessel serves as both a workplace and a living environment, creating unique demands on individuals. Ensuring a high standard of living and working conditions is essential for the safe and efficient operation of ships.

Cassiopeia Shipmanagement operates in full compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006) and the International Labour Organization (ILO) standards concerning seafarers' rights and working conditions.

Recognizing the importance of a positive onboard environment, we allocate a fixed monthly budget for crew welfare on each vessel. Supporting the psychological well-being of seafarers contributes to improved morale, motivation, commitment and productivity, ultimately enhancing overall operational performance.

At Cassiopeia Shipmanagement, we prioritize crew satisfaction and maintain open communication channels through email and phone, allowing seafarers to raise any concerns directly with our experienced Superintendents.

As part of our company policy, our Superintendents conduct annual visits to each vessel. During these visits, they meet with the crew, assess onboard conditions and report their findings to management. This practice ensures that any issues are addressed promptly and that our high standards for crew welfare and operational excellence are consistently maintained.

In compliance with International Accounting Standards, Cassiopeia Shipmanagement provides shipowners with high-quality financial services on a monthly basis. Utilizing leading accounting software, we deliver accurate, efficient and secure financial reports tailored to each client's specific requirements.

Regular review meetings are conducted to discuss any budget variances, provide recommendations and determine appropriate corrective actions, ensuring transparent and effective financial management.
