To achieve this, we have established a strategically located network of recruiting offices, providing our principals with access to a diverse pool of nationalities tailored to their fleet philosophy, operational requirements and budgetary considerations. Our primary goal is to meet the unique preferences and needs of each principal.
Our management centers are supported by experienced manning offices, dedicated to recruiting skilled seafarers and coordinating all crewing requirements efficiently. Currently, Cassiopeia operates offices in Manila and Odessa, ensuring proximity to key maritime talent hubs. For principals operating vessels under the German Tonnage Tax regime, we have established a dedicated office in Hamburg to manage and represent this fleet. Additionally, we maintain affiliated offices in other East European countries to further expand our reach.
